On the morning of June 21, Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone (ZAEZ), as the main venue of the Ceremony for the Centralized Construction of Infrastructure Projects in Zhengzhou in 2022, commenced its infrastructure projects in a centralized manner.

In 2022,  ZAEZ will initiate a total of 128 major infrastructure projects involving transportation, energy, upgrading of counties and cities, and rural revitalization, with a total investment of 109.56 billion yuan and an annual investment of 10.42 billion yuan. This time, 39 projects commenced together, with a total investment of 11.53 billion yuan and an annual investment of 3.59 billion yuan. These projects mainly include the water supply project in eastern Zhengzhou, the power transmission and transformation project in the ZAEZ, and the gas utilization project.
