On January 28, Henan's seventh project signing, construction and operation ceremony was held. According to the arrangements, ZAEZ had the activity concerning the signing, construction and operation of major projects simultaneously as a branch venue.

Focusing on high-end manufacturing, emerging sectors of strategic importance, urban infrastructure, and social programs to improve living standards, ZAEZ released 19 projects with a total investment of RMB 91.96 billion at the seventh project signing, construction and operation ceremony. It had signed 6 projects with a total investment of RMB 75.31 billion, including the New Display Industry Base project, Dushu Alliance Innovative Medical Device Industrialization project, Beijing Shudu Technology Project, South-to-North Water Diversion Project, National Road Network Customer Service Data Center, FAURECIA New Energy Vehicle Parts Project, constructed 11 projects with a total investment of RMB 14.5 billion, including Zhengzhou Xinggang New Material Production Line Project, Zhengzhou Xinggang New Material Industrial Park Project, Zhengzhou Airport Area Multimodal transport Platform project, Zhengzhou Airport Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park Project, and operated two projects with a total investment of RMB 2.15 billion, including the GLTECH Semiconductor Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Base project and the DHL Central China Aviation Logistics Operation and Settlement Center project.
