  "I am not just introduced to Henan as a talent, I am also here to embrace talent." Jiang Jun, director of the Institute of Intelligent Creation of the Henan Academy of Sciences and representative of high-end talent introduction in the aviation port area, said this sentence that left the deepest impression on people.

  Technology and talent always gather in places with good development momentum, high level of civilization, and the most active innovation.

  In March 2013, Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone was approved by the State Council, and Henan set sail towards the hope of a blue sky, entering the aviation era of "walking in the clouds".

  In April 2022, the Provincial Party Committee and Government, with a strategic vision of 30 years, carried out a systematic reshaping reform of the management system of Zhengzhou Airport, planting the seeds of another "golden decade" here.

  In July 2023, the Provincial Academy of Medical Sciences was officially established in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone. The reconstruction of the Provincial Academy of Medical Sciences is another major measure taken by our province to implement the strategy of innovation driven, science and education promoting, and talent strengthening, and to accelerate the construction of a national innovation highland and an important talent center.

  Build a "vibrant city, young city, knowledge city, and innovative city". Since 2023, the aviation port area has studied and introduced the "Golden Ten Measures" for employment and entrepreneurship of young college students,organize activities such as the "Air Silk Road Chuangxiang Sailing" Youth Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Activity, Youth College Student Exchange Symposium, Graduation Season College Student Entrepreneurship Service, and the First "Youth Talent Strolling in the Airport". Focusing on young talents living and working in peace and contentment, we have researched and introduced a method, developed and launched a system, comprehensively investigated a batch of housing sources, and carried out a promotion of "One click Housing for Silk Road Talents", making it easy for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the Hong Kong area to fulfill their "dream of living in peace and contentment". Throughout the year, we have introduced a total of 55000 young talents.

  Launch the golden brand of "Air Silk Road Talent Attraction Action". Plan the 2023 Talent Attraction Special Action and carry out 58 activities for 6 major specialized actions; Regularly hold a "place to take off" talent recruitment fair, actively organize and participate in the main event of the 6th "China Henan Talent Introduction and Innovation Development Conference", and hold a sub forum "Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Forum" for the conference; Organize high-quality employers such as Zhongyuan Medical Science City, Henan Academy of Sciences Institute of Intelligent Creation, Guangli Technology, Zhongyu Consulting, and Zhongchi Fulian to carry out special talent recruitment and intelligence activities in Changchun, Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Wuhan, Nanjing, and other places; We will recruit 10 appointed civil servants, establish an industrial investment attraction team, and publicly recruit senior management personnel from state-owned enterprises nationwide. We will take multiple measures to expand talent attraction channels and establish the golden brand of the "Air Silk Road Talent Attraction Action".

  Build a "Central Plains Talent Zone". Adhere to the principles of highlighting industries, contributions, effectiveness, and services, optimize and upgrade the "Central Plains Special Economic Zone Talent Plan", establish a "1+6+N+1" policy system, and follow the principle of "one industry, one policy" to introduce industrial talent aggregation measures around six leading industries, including biomedicine, aerospace, new energy vehicles, electronic information, modern logistics, and exhibition and trade. Relying on the Beijing Shanghai Investment Promotion Branch to establish a "high-level talent service station stationed abroad", comprehensively deepening the innovation of talent development system and mechanism.

  Build an "International Innovation Talent Center". It is a city, a highland, and an ecosystem. In 2023, the airport area proposed for the first time nationwide to build an "international innovation talent center", striving to be at the forefront, take on major challenges, and make multiple contributions in achieving the "two guarantees" and implementing the "ten major strategies". A total of 14 postdoctoral research platforms were built throughout the year, and they participated in the second National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. They won the gold medal and "Excellent Organization Award" in the innovation competition of the municipal level Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and were selected for several projects in the provincial postdoctoral innovation and entrepreneurship competition. We recruit 20 targeted selected students for 985 universities and Double First Class universities such as Tsinghua University and Peking University. Distribute the first batch of "talent green cards" to 26 high-level talents and provide 17 "green channels" for high-level talents. Release ten articles on talent development for the "Reconstruction of New Peaks" in Zhongyuan Medical Science City, attracting the publication of People's Daily. Promote the construction of a talent service information platform and make strides towards high-quality economic and social development.

  Talents are abundant and businesses are thriving. Currently, Zhengzhou Airport Area is making every effort to build a "Central Plains Talent Special Zone" and an "International Innovation Talent Center", making it a place for talents in various fields to aspire to, gather, and fulfill their dreams. Efforts are being made to create a "microclimate" for the best talents in employers and a "big ecosystem" for innovation in the Central Plains Special Zone, providing solid talent support for Central Plains to excel.
