Incentives after a Substantial Project Commencement and Obtaining the Construction Permit: One-time reward of 300,000, 500,000, and 1 million yuan is given to the commissioned investment promotion entities respectively.

Incentives at the Production Stage: One-time reward will be granted based on 5% of the actual investment in fixed assets completed for the project, with no upper limit.
