Encouraging Renovation and Upgrading: For hotels assessed as four-star hotels through renovation, expansion, or improvement, a one-time reward of up to 2 million yuan will be granted. For five-star hotels, a one-time reward of up to 6 million yuan will be granted. For internationally renowned five-star hotel brands, a one-time reward of up to 10 million yuan will be granted.

Support for Star Rating Assessment: For projects that are completed and achieve a four-star hotel rating through star rating assessment, a one-time reward of up to 2 million yuan will be granted. For the five-star hotels, a one-time reward of up to 6 million yuan will be granted, and a one-time reward of up to 10 million yuan will be granted to the internationally renowned five-star hotel brands.

Outstanding Contribution Reward: Rewards will be granted based on the enterprise's local economic contribution, ranging from 50% to 70% over a period of five years.
