On December 26, 2023, Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone released the "Talent Plan of Central China Special Zone" and held an opening ceremony for the "International Innovative Talent Center", the first one being proposed nationwide. These practices filled the gap in terms of high-level talent rewards and industrial talent rewards.

According to the "Talent Plan of Central China Special Zone", Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone plans to introduce about 50 top-level talents (teams), attract 100,000 potential talents represented by doctors, masters and undergraduates, and 100,000 skilled talents to innovate and start businesses. It is hoped that we will achieve great breakthrough in the number and level of attracting and fostering talents, thus becoming a place of longing for talents at home and abroad to make innovation and start an undertaking.
